For the Hammond Invitational on Wednesday, August 31

Take I-20 East to Exit 58 (Highway 1). Make a right turn onto highway 1. On highway 1 take the I-26 East exit toward Charleston. Travel 5 miles then take Exit #116 to 1-77 North toward Charlotte. On I-77 Take Exit 6A (Shop Road).  Turn right onto Shop Road at the top of the exit ramp.  Turn left onto Atlas Road

Go 3/10 of a mile and turn left onto Veterans Road. As you approach the railroad crossing, look to your left for the South Campus sign. The XC course starts and ends on their practice football field. There is a large parking lot next to the field.

2011 Cross Country Information and Schedule as updated on August 6, 2011

Running Sessions: Anyone planning to run cross country should attend these sessions. We will use the weeks before school begins to build a good distance base in our runners. You must have an up to date physical that was completed after April 1, 2011 and a completed consent form to participate in pre-season running sessions.

Practice: Official practice began on Friday, July 29 and anyone planning to compete must begin attending our training sessions. Any runner who has a pre-planned family vacation on or after July 29 just let Coach Darlington and Coach Eggleston know and you will receive a running plan to do while you are away. Pre-season running sessions and practice sessions will be held at 7:00 PM until August 16. We will begin holding practice at 3:50 on August 17, which is the first day of school for students.
