Running Sessions: Anyone planning to run cross country should attend these sessions. We will use the weeks before school begins to build a good distance base in our runners. You must have an up to date physical that was completed after April 1, 2011 and a completed consent form to participate in pre-season running sessions.
Practice: Official practice began on Friday, July 29 and anyone planning to compete must begin attending our training sessions. Any runner who has a pre-planned family vacation on or after July 29 just let Coach Darlington and Coach Eggleston know and you will receive a running plan to do while you are away. Pre-season running sessions and practice sessions will be held at 7:00 PM until August 16. We will begin holding practice at 3:50 on August 17, which is the first day of school for students.
